The CIExpert team would like to invite you to take part in the adviser survey for our next major research project, Critical Thinking 26 (CT26).

Following the huge success of Critical Thinking 24 (described by one adviser as “the most insightful research I have ever seen”) we’re building our biggest and most connected study yet.

The 2024 findings are still being used today in training sessions and awareness events, and with CT26, we want to go even further.

This year, your adviser insight will be combined with feedback from over 10,000 consumers to help us develop one of the clearest views of CIC and IP the industry has ever seen. We want to understand the challenges, misconceptions and realities of discussing protection today, and your experience will play a crucial role in shaping the next step forward.

CT26 will only be powerful if advisers like you take part. Your insight matters. Your frustrations matter. Your real-world experience matters.

Your responses will also help us continue improving our tools and services while supporting the wider industry to move forward with clarity and confidence.

The survey will take:

• 8–10 minutes if you mainly advise on CIC

• 10–15 minutes if you also advise on IP As a thank you:
